Can't download episodes in season 1

I've just purhcased the unlock for all episodes. However, download is always at 0.00%, despite having a good internet connection.

I also observe that when I start the app, it just hangs on "connecting" - so I have to shut the app down and go to airplane mode.. I then turn the wifi back on, once I get passed the "connecting" bit.. Perhaps that's what does it.?

So totally dissapointed. I bought walking dead because I loved wolf among us so much, and tintin.. I'm on the verge of becoming a serious fan; but this is just astonishingly bad...

How is it possible that the download doesn't work..

I don't want a refund, I want to play the game.. I will go jailbreak my device and torrent it if I need to (I paid for it afterall); but that seems totally silly.. So where is the fix for this?
