Problem downloading TWAU (MAC)

Hi, I just purchased the MacOS version of The Wolf Among Us, and I cannot get the download to initiate. When I click Download Game, it attempts to start the download in my browser and never makes any progress. I've attempted a few times, in both Firefox and Safari.

    This issue may be caused by a number of different reasons. Please try clearing your cache and cookies in your web browser and try again. If the issue still occurs, please make sure your internet firewall isn't blocking the download from happening. If the issue persists, please try a different browser than the two that you have already tried. I apologize for the inconvenience.
