Game crashes on start

I purchased this game on my iPad Mini. Everything is up to date and have never had any issues. The game, when launched, goes to a black screen and then crashes. I never see any graphics or anything.

I have stopped all background running applications. I have deleted the game and reinstalled. It is not my device, so please don't suggest that I restore to factory settings.

I have read this forum and there are many others with the same issue and no response. So, how do I get a refund. I'm not in the habit of throwing $5 away.

    After you install a fresh version of the game, please turn off your iOS device for 2-3 minutes in order for the device's cache to clear. (And make sure all of your applications running in the background are closed.) Then try launching The Wolf Among Us again. I apologize for the inconvenience.
