Bought 5 episodes and now gone

I switched phones and I no longer have all the episodes on my phone or iPad any longer. I have tried to download them back but I cannot and shouldn't have to spend another 20 bucks to retrieve the episodes back. Is there a way for this to be fixed??? Thank you.
