Transferring decisions from Season 1 cross-platform

I played through all of Season 1 including "400 Days" on iOS (iPhone 5). I'm interested in playing season 2 on Xbox 360. Will it be possible to transfer my decisions in Season 1 from the iOS version to the XBL version of season 2?
