Can't Import S1 save to S2

Please help. I don't want random choices. I played through season1 and I never erased the file. It's still in my HDD which is exactly where S2 downloaded to. I don't own S1 anymore and I don't want to replay it when I've been eagerly anticipating and wanting to play S2.

    I am having the same problem i checked all my S1 stats and they remained unchanged but S2 will not save or remember any of my actions from S1 please help (love the game though)

    If you've already looked through the Season 2 save import FAQ and are still having an issue, a small number of users have reported that they were able to get their game to save by logging out of Xbox Live, then starting the game, and then logging back into Xbox Live once in the Main Menu, and they are then prompted to chose a storage device, and the saves will work after that. I apologize for the inconvenience.

    As far as your choices not being remembered from Season 1, we are currently looking into a number of people's choices being different from what they chose. Can you clarify which of the choices differed from your original decisions? The known issues we know about are with the St. John's brother death choice, and Lee's arm choice. If you are seeing other differences, please note that we are currently looking into the cause of the issue, and apologize for any inconvenience caused by this while we look further into the issue.

    no need for the apology i understand you guys are doing the best you can and thank you for responding so quickly and basically the game remembers absoulutly nothing of my season one the john's live (i killed the first) clementine killed that guy in season 5 although i did and i had clemintine shoot lee, and she never took the sweater
