Unable to download Episode 1

I am unable to download episode 1. I click download game, it loads for a few seconds and takes me to a blank page. This is the link at the top:

Please tell me the servers are down and this isn't an issue with my computer as I've faffed about all trying to get this bloody thing to work.

    I hate these new individualized download links. Yours is indeed broken. That's something TTG needs to fix, nothing you can do yourself.
    Do you have any other games in your My games section? If so, which games can be downloaded and which can't?
