How to backup Season Two saves?

Backup saves in Season One was no problem. Just copy all save_1.save, save_2.save etc. However, in the Season Two folder in Documents there is a bunch of files. I need to backup my progress because of a upcoming clean install of Windows.

Which files should I backup?

    If you backup the entire folder, it works. I wouldn't experiment with letting out anything we don't know what it's used for.
