Black Screen Error! in Wolf Among Us (Steam Version)

Hello, Please help me I'm trying to play this game for a long time but when I try to start the game, everything works GREAT but after the "Click anywhere to continue" screen a Connecting circle comes then the game remains just as a black screen! :(

I tried doing - Alt + Enter for the Windowed mode and then changing the resolution but nothing happened even after changing it to windowed mode.

Help me guys!
Really wanna play this game...

    C:\Users\Abhay Rocks!\Documents

    The game crashes because of the exclamation mark in the path to the savegame folder.
    As a workaround you can either move the documents folder to a different location, or create a new Windows user account with only characters from a-z and play there.

    You also need to disable steam cloud for TWAU and delete the contents of the savegame folder
    %USERPROFILE%\Documents\Telltale Games\The Wolf Among Us
    before you start the game to get rid of the broken files it created.
