Crashing problem

I downloaded the multi pack +400 days bundle and every time i open the app it's crashes immediately how to solve this problem ?

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Please close the game and all other applications running in the background. This should free up necessary system resources. (To close an app running in the background on iOS 6 and before: double tap the home button to make all running apps appear at the bottom of the screen, hold down on an app you wish to close and red buttons will appear, tap the red buttons to close the apps. If on iOS 7, double tap the home button and swipe up on the open apps to close them) Also, please turn off your iOS device for at least three minutes before attempting to play the game again. This will allow the device's cache to clear.

    If your issue remains unresolved, can you please clarify which iOS device you are attempting to play the game on, and what iOS version you are on? (iOS6 or iOS7)

    I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. Please try closing all applications in the background and deleting the app. Then after deleting the app turn off your device, and turn it back on again and then re-download the app. Once the application is downloaded, restart your device one more time (This will clear your device's cache), and then after turning it back on, start the game application.

    If you are able to, I would try updating it to the latest version, as it was optimized to run on iOS 7. You can also try playing it on another supported iOS device that is updated to a supported iOS version.

    I clicked button "buy multi pack+400 days" on ipad. App has crashed immediately. But my money has been spent. Afterwards I try to launch app, but I get title "The walking dead" (1sec), then black screen (1sec) and app is crashed. Immediately after crash I get a request to enter a login and password for AppStore. I do it but get nothing. What should I do? All solutions from this forum didn't help me. I tried to launch game on another ipad and I got the same problem.

    Did you try all of my suggestions, including restoring your application? If neither of those steps worked for you, can you please clarify which iPad model you have, and what iOS version you are currently running?

    I apologize, please delete the app from your device, and turn your device off for at least 3 minutes. This will allow the device’s cache to clear. Then turn the device back on and re-download the application. After the application is completely downloaded, do not open it. Instead, turn your device off again for at least 3 minutes. This will make sure that when you turn back on the device, that your device's cache is completely cleared. Then after turning your device back on, please try starting the game application.

    I did it many times. With internet, without internet. I don't know why it crashed every times.
    I played and finished episode 1 and everything was ok. Before I wanted to buy other episodes.
