The lighter will not light

I've tried everything even watched the walkthrough, it's got to be an error. I've light that damn lighter over a hundred times, many different ways and nothing. Anyone have this problem or know of a solution: PC computer, Nvidia 730M, I7 2.4, 8 GB DDR

    Unlike any prompts before it you have to hold down the click then move it across to the paper. Took me a couple of tries too
