Anyone notice Holly's note?

I was watching a youtube playthrough when the player noticed and read a note from Holly saying, "Pay up Fucker," in the Woodsman's apartment after it was ransacked. Was the Woodsman just not paying for his beer or does it mean something more? Any ideas on what it meant, if anything? Sorry, if this is old news.

I did notice that. I had assumed that he was being a deadbeat and not paying his tab. Now that you mention it, it could be something else. Interesting thought.
