Is there any difference from the steam version and the one purchased directly through the Telltale

I'm curious. I already own this on steam, but was wondering if I bought it through the telltale store, would it be as a steam code or as a downloadable product with a different type of drm?

    You would not be getting a Steam code, but indeed a downloadable product with different DRM that you would be able to download directly from the Telltale website.

    As far as the DRM for the Telltale version, it appears to be a one-time activation, after which you can be offline while playing.
