S1 EP4 won't download
Episode 4 will not download, the download will not complete after 10%, the system will run for hours and eventually hang. My internet connection appears to be fine. Is this a bug?
I've rebooted multiple times and have been trying to download this for the last 4 days. really want to play more of this awesome game.

so i understand that a patch came out a year ago to fix this issue, i have a current install and update, does not work, still issues with episode 4 DLC for me, can someone help?

I apologize for the problem you are experiencing. We are aware of this issue, and currently investigating a potential solution. Please try shutting down the game application and restarting your computer before attempting the download again. If you have a firewall or anti-virus software running, please disable them as this may interfere with the game connecting to our server.
If you are unable to resolve this issue you may find some further assistance in our forum. Please take a look at this thread and see if this solution works for you. This may appear complicated on the surface, but the 'Manual Download' option should be fairly straight forward if you'd like to try it.
