This is shameful.
I cannot even LOG IN to the game, not to mention download the next episode. I do not understand why I even have to log in and connect to a server to play an OFFLINE game. I purchased this game from the TT website instead of Steam to avoid issues like this, and yet I am unable to play the product I paid for because of DRM and server issues that occur EACH TIME a new TT game is released. Heck, when I downloaded the first episode it turned out to be completely corrupted because they released it too early.
This is shameful treatment of your paying costumers, Telltale. I will not be purchasing any game from you ever again.

If you tried to log in earlier today, and got a network unavailable message, then try again. The Telltale web team released a fix for this issue a little while ago.
Hopefully it will work for you now.
not at all I have coming soon on both pages select episode and dowload management
After the "fix" was deployed I managed to download to 43%, at which point I alt-tabbed to do something else (whose bright idea was it to have the download system in-game anyway?) and then alt-tabbed back in, and the game was frozen. Shut it down, tried loading again, and now I can't even log in, getting a server error.
All this for an OFFLINE game which I paid for in advance for the specific privilege of playing it as soon as it comes out. How is it possible that pirates are playing this and I cannot? This is simply infuriating
If the episode still says coming soon, try deleting the syncfs folder from
Win Vista/7/8: %USERPROFILE%\Documents\Telltale Games\The Wolf Among Us
XP: %USERPROFILE%\My Documents\Telltale Games\The Wolf Among Us
Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/Telltale Games/The Wolf Among Us
On Mac you can navigate to the folder by starting Finder, and selecting "Go/Go to Folder..." from the menu or pressing CMD-SHIFT-G, and pasting the path into it.
Hopefully that will help the problem.
