Season Pass Issue (MS Support)

I also have the issue with the season pass, and that I'm being double charged for the episodes. I talked the Xbox Support and they weren't able to do anything unfortunately. I'm hoping that this is just a temporary fault and it will be fixed because I refuse to pay twice.
Things I tried:
Delete and re-download season pass (both from in-game and dashboard store)
Delete profile, clear cache, and re-download profile
Nothing worked.
And TellTale, the Xbox support told me that if you wanted to know what our reference number for our chat was, it was: 1233916828

The question now is, who refunds us our money for buying it twice? MS or TT?
