Because most of us have chosen Tweedledee and not Woody, I'd like to know from those who DID interrogate Woody what are the outcomes, what information can you get out of him and how does he feel about you beating the shit out of him?

The only valuable information is that you find about Lily being a prostitute sooner, and that he was a regular of hers. I'm not really sure how he feels about you if you rough him up. Of course if you don't, Bluebeard will for you. I know Dee will come after you, since he was released by Crane.
Woody's interrogation involves Faith/Lilly. Woody was a regular client of Lilly, but in episode 1 Faith went to fill in for Lilly (and you can confirm with the note in the Strip Club). Since Woody is broke, Lilly would often compensate for Woody anyways, but Faith wouldn't let it go.
Later on you can tell Holly about it, and in the Preview for Episode 3 it shows Gren threatening to kill Woody.
On my second play through I interrogated Woody. We learn that the reason Woody was pissed about Faith was that she wasn't Molly's sister who he was expecting. Despite this he never told Molly that he knew about her sister, and if you tell Molly there is a "upcoming scene" in the trailer with Grenn flipping out on Woody.
I actually like the sound of that. I might have to setup a 3rd playthrough where I interrogate Woody instead. Sounds more interesting.
