Do you really think the staff at Telltale give a specific fuck about how much you complain? Fortunately the majority of their fans have better things to do than join your group of gimcracks.

For the record, it's someone who was banned from the site, so I'm going to very politely ask people that we not discuss him, since it's against the rules to talk about banned users.
You make it sound like this person did something really nasty. But the fact is that he was banned for trying to provide the community with news. I know I shouldn't go into detail as it is a rule after all. But please, he was banned for helping the cause.

If you want to survive the Telltale Syndrome you do good in resigning any membership to any news source owned by them. I.e. Twitter, Facebook. etc. This helped me to get away from it and now I only hang out on the release threads.
I'll take your word on that puzzlebox...But if it's not I'll write a very strongly worded nitpick about how the episode was not as great as episode 1...But I don't see it turning out worse than episode 2 (Which I liked!)

b) have the official support of their partners to divulge the info
c) are 100 % sure they can deliver these promises
so the weekly shit some people ask for would just be utterly pointless with out any of the above.
and if they did say anything about having no news some fans would still rage on about the news being stupid/pointless/ no info/ where is it/ etc etc..

Yes nothing. I suppose we will get the release date and a trailer tuesday (1st of april). Release date will most likely be 4th or 8th of april.

Release dates and trailers are normally released closer to the actual release date but we will hopefully get screenshots early next week.

They probably can't give definite release dates due to Sony and Microsoft's certification process, once they get dates from them they will tell us.
