Season pass FUBAR

It's technology, I get it. But can someone garentee it wont happen again? I am a huge fan of The Walking Dead (almost slit my wrist's waiting for season 2) and The Wolf Among Us. I have as of yet not purchased a season pass for WD season 2 but am still willing to if I can get a little reassurance that this is a one time snafu. Please fix this as soon as possible ( like before I have to go back to work soon) so I continue my wonderful gaming relationship with TTG.
