Because this episode just produced a short winded plot full of holes.
Guess he followed her. Or , maybe he asked someone else. Not too far-fetched to think that someone would have seen her go in.
I think you're clutching at straws there Violet. There's no reasoning to his arrival other than to create another 'fight' opportunity to fill out the short episode.
Well, why couldn't he have followed her or asked a few other people? Sure, his appearance was a way for the writers to create action, I agree with that. We knew that they were building up to some sort of "fight" after the first episode. Yes, it was short. However, I don't think that it's strange to think that Beast was following Beauty or that he perhaps continued to ask around. He was clearly upset, and they are definitely painting his character as the jealous, yet concerned sort in the game.
Well as they are characters in a game, they simply do not exist when they are not in a scene. So unless TTG write it in that Beast followed her or asked around, then it simply did not happen.
Well, our character is not with Beast. We simply don't know. It hasn't been revealed yet. The whole story revolves around a lot of stuff happening while our character is not present that gets revealed to us later.
If there is a reveal to why Beast showed up I'll accept it but until then I still put it down to unnecessary filler.
I'm still venting over how disappointed I am after that episode.

I'm not saying that I didn't find it a bit strange that he was suddenly there. Just throwing out some possibilities as to how he may have ended up there since the OP asked, I suppose. I enjoyed the episode, but if they don't at some point explain how Beast found her, then yeah it could be seen as a plot hole. But, since we are at only 2 out of 5 episodes, I can only guess that they'll answer some of these questions later.

I'm not really sure, it just seemed like a way to have a random fight scene
. Even if Beast had followed Beauty, the encounter would have happened hours before when Beauty had been on her way to work. I think the only way it might have worked is if Beast had followed Bigby, but based on what I remember Beast just seemed like he was strolling down the corridor lol. Maybe he had a certain meeting as well 0_0.
My immediate thought was Beauty should be questioning what the hell Beast was doing in the hotel/brothel if did not know she was working there.
I also assumed he followed her or maybe crane told him she was there to distract bigby from finding evidence (since he was watching through the mirror). I liked that whole scene, anything with beast or beauty in it I've liked so far.

I also asked myself that same question because it seemed so random for him to just pop up out of nowhere. I did think maybe he secretly followed her or got information from others in the area. Beast was there to move the plot along for both Bigby's objective and finding out what Beauty was up to and of course that friend against friend fight.
So why didn't the key open the door? Is that something to take note of? That Crane used a magic spell to render the key useless which would make sense since he didn't even attempt to get rid of the evidence which is even more strange.
He showed up because it's a story. It's not real life.

I don't know what you call the term if even there is a term for it, but in movies/writing-stories writers do not always go into every single detail to perhaps save time/whatever reason and just let the audience connect the dots.
But even so, I too wouldn't mind a quick explanation from Beast how he found Beauty. Because obviously he knew that hotel is where he would find her and she was not at the desk, so he made his way upstairs and saw her with Bigby trying to get into a room.
It will not bother me much if they do not go into the details but it would nice to know, even though I can connect the dots of what must of took place off screen.
That scene was intense for me and loved it even more because I was not expecting Beast. Scared me because I know he was going to take things the wrong way but really, things are not what they look like, lol.
That's the kinda comments we should be leaving here people. Thanks minuteworld, for a second I thought some of these people believed in this stuff.
