Episode 2 wasn't entirely rewritten.
So alot of people have been saying that they are disappointed with the episode because "nothing in the trailer happened" it did, but just in a different setting or things that will get pushed to Episode 3 given the current storyline now (Crane and Bigby at the wishing well and Bigby going full wolf) but other than almost everything that was previewed was done in Episode 2 (Interogation, fight with beast, Tweedledee/Woodsman getting released without Bigby's say so, and confronting Georige.)
The redhead guy was probably going to have an important role but I do not believe he was going to be the killer, and I've heard that somewhere in one of the comics Ichabod has a backstory on why he got kicked out of Fabletown because he was a pervert all along (please correct me if I'm wrong) I think Telltale had about 70-75% of the content they wanted to have in Episode 2.
Would like to hear other people's opinion.

Nope. It was remade from the ground up. Of course, not 100% remade...that would have been overkill. But at least 50% (which is still a lot). I think 2 or 3 achievements in EP2 don't make sense when you look at their descriptions as well.
