Game doesn't update for Episode 2

Hi,
my PC Steam-version of the game doesn't update. So episode 2 is not available for me. When I start the game and try to start episode 2 manually it says that the download is not available and I should check back later.
Automatic updates are turned on for the game in Steam and every other game seems to update normally.
I verified the file cache and reinstalled the game but it just doesn't update for episode 2.

Does someone have any advice?

    Same issue PC / Steam. I've tried everything you have, plus whatever else I've found suggested in the forums and nothing has worked.
