pleaseeee help Episode 2 not downloading on ipad

first of all let me say i am a huge fan of telltale games, my problem is that just like the first walking dead im having trouble downloading episode 2 for the wolf among us, i remember when walking dead season 1 came out lots of people had the same problem and some dude asked telltale if he can put the files here and he made a tutorial on how to put the files for each episode in the right folder on iPad or iphone and download the rest and it worked like a charm, so is there a solution to TWAU? i have tried many times to download it and i even tried with a VPN but no luck so if anybody can help please do so lol
