I called upset about still not being able to download episode 2 and asked for my money back. The rep immediately agreed and refunded my money. I was expecting an argument and having to spend a while on the phone, which I was ready to do, but the guy just gave me my money back and said thanks.

Everyone still angry about waiting should call in and get back all their money too. The only way a company will listen to this issue is if it hits them in the wallet, and XBox isn't even trying to keep the money there anymore. The game has been available over at the Pirate Bay for days now, with friendly pirates answering questions within minutes about any technical difficulties you may have.
