Book of Fables?

So I noticed that when I finished episode 2 I'm missing 2 Book of Fables entries. One of them is obviously "Bluebeard's Vengeance" to go with "Bluebeard's Mercy," but what about the one between The Thirteenth Floor and The Witching Well?

    I thought the only one you could miss was Bluebeard's story or Ichabod Crane.
