Season Pass not working

I bought the Season Pass for The Wolf Among Us and every time I try to download Episode 2 it's trying to charge me £3.99. Can anyone help?

    xbox have/are sending out redeemable codes for ep2 to our xbox msg inbox.

    and once you have the code use it but let it download 100% before booting up the game.

    I have got it now :) and the episode did not disappoint... can't wait for Episode 3
