Game freezing is making the game unpleyable IOS

The game is constantly freezing and making it really hard to play let alone enjoy. Episode 1 and 2 are both equally buggy. I completed episode 1 a while back with the hope that in episode 2 things would get better, but they havent. In episode 1 during the fight with the Woodsman it was impossible to even see what is going on, the visuals would freeze but the audio would continue playing this made all the quick time events impossible to do, when it would start responding again the game would continue from the place that the audio was on meaning i would miss a whole section of the game. This happens all through episode 1 and 2. I have even tried deleting the game and reinstalling it to see if it would change but still the same problems continue. I really hope that you can fix it on IOS because i would rather play it on a portable device then on console

    Can you please clarify which iOS device you are playing on? Also, I have a suggestion for you that might clear up your freezing/lagging that you are experiencing.

    Please close the game and all other applications running in the background. This should free up necessary system resources. (To close an app running in the background on iOS 6 and before: double tap the home button to make all running apps appear at the bottom of the screen, hold down on an app you wish to close and red buttons will appear, tap the red buttons to close the apps. If on iOS 7, double tap the home button and swipe up on the open apps to close them) Also, please turn off your iOS device for at least three minutes before attempting to play the game again. This will allow the device’s cache to clear.

  • I have an I Phone 4s and am on IOS 7. Ive tried what you told me however the problem still continues. I always close applications when i am not using them anyway so its not because of that. Might i add that TWD season 1 and 2 work fine on my I Phone its just The Wolf Among Us that doesnt run properly.

    If you are playing on the latest version, you have no applications running in the background, and you are still experiencing freezing, my only other suggestion would be to delete and re-download the application. Unfortunately this method will delete your game saves. I apologize I could not be of more help.

  • ive done that several times already before i posted my first message. Is there a way i could possibly download the first two episodes on another account on my phone to see if that could fix the issue? Baring in mind that i do not wish to pay twice for a working copy of one game.
