Season 1 Ep 4. Opening the shed

I see this has caused a lot of reports but as yet no one has answered how to fix the issue.

After trying numerous times I can not open the shed to release Clem.

Any solutions or suggestions? People have mentioned rewinding to Episode 3.... This seems painful but will try and report back.

Hope someone can post a solution.

    If you are unable to open the shed, please rewind to the previous chapter, and continue from there. You should now be able to open the shed. I apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced.
