Please Help

I got the ios version and i cant play the game. I click on episode 1 and it loads then crashes. I have an ipod 4th gen. Please tell me why this happens and how to fix it.

    Properly close off all the apps you have running, reset your iPod, then try. If that doesn't work, delete and download the game again.

    Close all the apps you have open and turn off your Ipad for 5-10 minutes, You could also try deleting it and downloading it again with Strong Wifi connection
