Question about Red Riding Hood
Let me start off by saying that I don't read the comics. When you examine Red Riding Hood's picture in the story book, Bigby comments that she "didn't make it out". What exactly does he mean by this?

Even though i read the comics my memory is a bit fuzzy as well. I think he meant she didn't make it out of the homelands. I'm not going into detail because i don't want to spoil other people.
He means that she didn't escape the Homelands into the mundy world. As far as the residents of Fabletown are aware, she's either dead or a slave of the Adversary.
