'Previously...' showing correct decisions, but the game doesn't follow through with them.

The 'previously on walking dead' intro bit on Season 2 shows all the right decisions (didn't kill the brothers at the farm, didn't chop Lee's arm off, didn't kill Lee), but in S2 Ep1, during the conversation at the table, Clem mentions Lee having his arm cut off and that she killed him. Is anyone else having this problem? I've tried starting a new S1 game, but the same thing happened. I've also played the DLC (just in case it's worth mentioning).
