Where is the all out wolf!?

We haven't seen him in full wolf form just yellow eyes and claws. Is this considered his full wolf form or something?

    His 2/4 is the werewolfy form we've seen the most, his 3/4 form is the one we saw at then end of episode 2, and his full form is a MASSIVE wolf.
