Gelatophobia
...and no, it isn't a fear of gelato.
I am referring to the suspect that Toad Jr. identified as tossing Lily's body into the river. He claimed the suspect was telling someone to stop laughing at them...though no one else was apparently present.
For those who do not know, gelatophobia is a fear of being laughed at by others, and this suspect clearly has an unstable fixation with being ridiculed. This begs the question: Which Fable is known for having an aversion to laughter?

Maybe, "The Boy Who Cried Wolf"? Because in his story, he jokingly told people about a wolf attacking sheep and they were fooled each time. But when the wolf really showed up, people just ignored & laughed at him. It is speculated that the orange haired man who was everywhere in Episode 1 is him and might be the killer too. If this is all true, it could be that he's been traumatized by the whole thing and was talking to himself because he was having flashbacks.
There are several reasons why "The boy who cried wolf" is the killer.Maybe his some of his actionstraumatized him.His actions remained in his mind so that he won't forget his dirty jokes and learn his lesson.I think he remembered the people laughing.That's why he put Faith and Lilly's heads on Bigby's doorstep.Because Bigby ate all his sheep.
TellTale might be changing the killer as we speak, but I hope they aren't doing that.

As for the laughter, I invite you to consider the possibility that TJ misheard something. I don't have any other ideas at the time. Except for the obvious and speculative "the killer must be not in his right mind and talking to himself".
As for the Boy Who Cried Wolf – he lacks connection to Crane in my opinion.
I may be wrong, of course, but right now I don't see Bigby's connection to dead girls being stronger than Crane's. And many things suggest that Crane is being framed to make him look like the killer (this theory is widely discussed in other threads). Assuming Crane is being framed, real killer must also be connected to Crane.
Slightly offtopic, but I find it amusing that people state as a fact that Telltale "changed plot because we guessed that ginger is the killer". You know, that model of red haired guy that was reused in numerous scenes, making him appear in two or three places in the same time. Being taxi driver and a passerby and smoker near club, in the same scene. Even if he is the killer (which is not likely), there are numerous clues and plot lines disconnected from him, and many of them got changed after episode 1 (judging by "next time on" preview in the end of the first episode). So we don't have any real evidence that Cry Wolf Boy is even in the game.
"Stop laughing" has been driving me nuts. I can't think of a single character from fables or fairy tales that is strongly associated with laughter.
I wonder if it's the laughter that's important, or if it's the fact that TJ didn't hear laughing that's more significant. Are there any characters associated with imaginary friends?
