This may sound stupid, but: How do I start the game?
Okay, I got through the installation process, and when I want to start the game up I click on "No thanks, just take me to the demo!".
But how can I actually start the friggin' game? When I click around on the next screen I only get taken to the website to buy the game...
If it should start automatically then it didn't work for me. I waited for more than 5 minutes!
So.....

Where do I have to click!?

Have you bought the game, or did you download the demo?
I've just started the demo now, and i can play it fine
Re-install
you can try the 3 general solutions below.. but you might get more help from an actual telltale employee if you post in the support forum on this site
http://www.telltalegames.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=25
Anyways,
#1 You should try re-downloading the game installer... and reinstalling the game
http://www.telltalegames.com/demo/homestarruiner
#2 Make sure your Microsoft DirectX drivers are up to date... (use the web installer to update, if need be)
http://www.microsoft.com/DOWNLOADS/details.aspx?FamilyID=2da43d38-db71-4c1b-bc6a-9b6652cd92a3&displaylang=en
#3 Also make sure you computer meets Telltales minimum system requirements for this game (and that your video chipset is supported)

Hey look, I'm in that picture! I think...
Anyway, the thing that's not showing up for you (as seen in Dangerzone's screenshot) is actually not even on our site; that's all built into the game, so the only issues I can think of is you have a very old version of Internet Explorer or you have Javascript disabled for whatever reason (or you're playing it emulated on some non-Windows platform that it doesn't support). If it's the first ones you can just go to www.microsoft.com and upgrade IE. If it's the other thing sadly we can't really help you since Windows is a requirement for running the PC version of the game
I have the latest DirectX version installed and I definitely should meet the system requirements with a dual-core 1,6GHz laptop. It's 64-bit, but I have 32-bit XP installed, so this shouldn't be a problem either.
I have IE7 installed and I never deactivated JavaScript. I tried to check if it was, but I couldn't find the option. So....I guess not, but I don't know for sure.
I had to re-install IE7, though, since it didn't work anymore, it didn't want to start up. Now that it is fresh on my computer it's still not possible to start Strong Bad. Oh well....
Last option: Re-installing the game!
Edit: Just re-installed Strong Bad. Didn't make a difference. Hrm...thanks for the help, anyway!
Edit2: Well, I remembered that I downloaded the full version of S&M 2-1 when I registered to the newsletter and I had no problem starting it up.
So, I looked if it still worked fine. Well....
If I actually click on the space where the "Launch Game!" button should be it starts! As far as I remember there never was such a button and I also wondered how I could start it, but since there was less space to aimlessly click around I figured it out much faster.
So, I applied this knowledge to Strong Bad......and it started up! Yipiieh!! See ya!
