who am I missing

OK just finished episode 1&2 but I missed one person or thing in each so I can't unlock all the achievements. I am assuming one is the crooked man I am missing but I can't figure out who else. I want to go back to the specific episode so I can find it. Help if you can

    The easy to miss entries in the Book of Fables are:

    Episode 1:

    • Bigby's Vengeance: Tear off Grendel's arm in the bar fight at the end of the episode.

    • Bigby's Mercy: Do not tear off Gren's arm.

    Episode 2:

    • Bluebeard's Mercy: Be kind to the prisoner during the interrogation scene. Bluebeard steps in and this one unlocks.

    • Icabod's Denial: Hit the prisoner and be abusive during the interrogation scene. Icabod will step in, then this one should unlock (you may have to hit him, not sure).

    • Magic Mirror: Make sure to go and talk to the mirror after you interrogate Toad Jr. (before going to see the body).
