crashes pleas help
I bought season 1 episode 2 of the walking dead on my I phone 4, and everything was good till I got to the meat locker room. when the caraters try to talk to me I can't hear them. also when I have to choose to help lilly or Kenny it crashes. I bought the game for 5 dollars and I would like my moneys worth. thank you.

I apologize for the inconvenience. Please close the game and all other applications running in the background. This should free up necessary system resources. (To close an app running in the background on iOS 6 and before: double tap the home button to make all running apps appear at the bottom of the screen, hold down on an app you wish to close and red buttons will appear, tap the red buttons to close the apps. If on iOS 7, double tap the home button and swipe up on the open apps to close them) Also, please turn off your iOS device for at least three minutes before attempting to play the game again. This will allow the device’s cache to clear.
This may however be an issue with having system sounds muted. Have you checked to see if you have system sounds muted? System sounds can be muted and controlled two different ways. The screen lock rotation can be controlled in the same manner as well. I closed all apps and it still dont work. My volume is all the way up. it still crashes on me. I love this game and don't want to give it up lol
Can you please clarify what iOS version you are playing on, and what version of the game you are currently playing? You may need to update the game to the most recent version by going to the App Store application, and going to the Updates tab at the bottom. Then look to see if there are any updates for The Walking Dead in that list.
I am playing on I phone4, and I am on season1 episode2 I left off in the meat locker.
I bought episode2 just 3 days ago and I went on the app store and didn't see any updates.
I apologize, please try rewinding to a previous chapter checkpoint, and replay that section of the Episode.
Ya I did that already it didn't work.
Can you please clarify how much space you have left on your iOS device? It may be an issue with not having enough space to save the game at an Autosave point inside of the game.

Can you please tell me what iOS version you are on? (To see your current iOS version, please go to Settings, then hit General. Once on the General page, tap the About menu and scroll down until you see Version. It should be 3 numbers with two decimal points.)

I apologize for any difficulties caused by this. It seems that everything is up to date. My last suggestion would be to go to the App Store application, and navigate to the Updates tab, and then click on the Purchased button. On that page you should see The Walking Dead app. If it is on a version number lower than Version 1.6, please update the application to 1.6. After updating the app, please turn off your device for at least 3 minutes to clear the device's cache, and then try starting the app and completing that section of the episode again.
how would I update I if it doesn't say anything about updating it?
Ok I just looked at it and the version is 1.6
I also wanted to ask, I seen that you have the game on xbox360. Is the game the same story as the ios version?
My last suggestion would be to delete the application, and re-download it. Unfortunately this will delete your game saves along with it. And to answer your last question, yes, the Season One game on the Xbox 360 is the same game as the Season One game on the iOS devices.

I tried deleting it but know it says I have to buy episode two again. I will probably just get it on xbox, but thank you.
