Stop Symbol When I Go To Download Episode 2

Says it all. When I go to download there a red stop symbol next to the game title and I can't download it. I have a season pass

    i have been having the same problem too. i was online in a live help chat with a microsoft expert who tried all he could to sort it until i lost connection with him. when i reconnected, i was then chatting to a woman who informed me that the xbox had a glitch showing that it was available to download today but it isnt actually available until tomorrow for this console.
    hope that helps. just gotta wait a tad longer x

    I am having the same issue. I have a season pass and cannot get past the stop symbol to start the download.

    So its meant to come out today but im still having the above problem. It still has a stop symbol next to it, stopping us from downloading it. Help?

    :( :( :( because I'm sad. I have a season pass and still cant download eventhough the stop symbol is gone. I have an Xbox so I assume I have to wait until further notice for when I can play. Hope to hear from you soon Telltale Mike!!

    If you are still unable to download the game, I recommend resetting your console, and make sure you are connected to the internet when starting the game. Then once the game starts, you should receive the updates to make Episode 2 available. You should then be able to navigate to the Episodes menu, and download the second episode. I apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced.
