Unable to Install

I bought The Walking Dead Game of the Year edition from Best Buy and tried installing it onto my PC and it was loading fine until it reached the
Copy to C:\Program Files (x86)\Telltale Games\The Walking Dead\GameData\Pack phase, where it just stays for a long period without loading any more. I would really like to find out what I can do to fix this so that I can play this game.

    Please note that when at the Pack installation part, this is where the majority of the files are being installed. Please try waiting a little longer for the installation to complete, and it should complete successfully. Please note that on a high-end computer, this part may take anywhere from 15 to 45 minutes, and on an average computer, it may take upwards of an hour or more. I apologize for any inconvenience this causes you.
