Download Error
I've just tried to purchase the new episode in season 2 on my ipad mini and keeping getting the error message "ERROR Failed ACCEPT" and that's it.
I've tried several times and keep getting the same message. I'm using the latest IOS 7.0.6 so I don't think that can be an issue.
Is anyone else having this problem or can you help Telltale?

Please close the game and all other applications running in the background. This should free up necessary system resources. (To close an app running in the background on iOS 6 and before: double tap the home button to make all running apps appear at the bottom of the screen, hold down on an app you wish to close and red buttons will appear, tap the red buttons to close the apps. If on iOS 7, double tap the home button and swipe up on the open apps to close them) Also, please turn off your iOS device for at least three minutes before attempting to play the game again. This will allow the device’s cache to clear.
If this does not work, can you please clarify what region you are currently residing in, and can you possibly send us a picture of the error message you are seeing? (You can do this by taking a screenshot on your iOS device, and then email it to yourself, and upload it to a file hosting website, and copy and paste the download link to the file in a reply to this thread. Thank you, and I apologize for any inconvenience caused by this.

I am having this exact same problem. It is not using my accurate AppleID info and won't let me purchase to download. I have gotten this error after exiting the game, shutting off my phone and even deleting the game and redownloading it. Please need a fix, I have played episode 1 but want episode 2-5 multipack.
I am located in US and server I am using is in NY.
Can you please clarify what iOS device you are using, and what iOS version you are currently running on?
iPhone 5 with the latest software update.
When you start the game, and go to the Episodes Menu, and click Buy, what is the exact error message you receive? Also, do you receive it before, during, or after you enter your Apple ID password?
Actually, I checked my Apple settings and for some reason deleted my payment method security code. Check your account to make sure everything is up to date and then get out of game and turn off phone for a few minutes. See if that helps. I have just purchased the multipack!
I am having this issue as well. My region is Australia. I have also reinstalled the app (but asked me to purchase again!) and still get the same error message as James00777. ERROR Failed ACCEPT.
Please help - and a refund for the duplicate charge would be great too.

I had recently made a transaction on the bulk purchase (Episode 2- 5) with my iOS device (iPod 5th Gen, iOS 7.1.2). However, I am not able to download the game contents and it stated "unable to download at this time, please try again alter. Accept."
FYI, i had tried your methods of switching off the device and closed all the application just to increase the device performance. Regardless, the problem persist. Please kindly advice on my situation.

If you are still unable to restore your purchases by following the steps in the workaround thread, you should be able to follow the path to purchase the Multi-Pack again, and as long as you are logged into your Apple account that you originally purchased the game with, you should be able to hit the 'Buy' button, and it will then alert you that you have already purchased this item, and allow you to download the game again for free.
