Charged for Episode 2-5 Mult times

Hi,
I am experiencing the same problem as in the other thread. Tried to buy episode 2 yesterday a few times and still receiving the error message. However, I have checked my bank account balance and found out that I was charged multiple times although the download did not process.

Any help with that? I am based in Ireland.
