Walking dead S2 keeps freezing after I downloaded E2

I downloaded S2 Ep2 of walking dead and it freezes when I push play in the start menu. I push play in the start menu and it says downloading content and then freezes 1 second later. I have tried to play it multiple times and it still happens. I have also contacted xbox about the matter and they said that it must be your gaming servers. Any answers would be nice. Thanks

    Please make sure that you are connected to the internet and signed on to an Xbox Live account when starting the game to make sure you are receiving the Title Update needed to be able to successfully complete the download process.
