Season 2 Won't Save Properly
I've tried to play Season 2, from the beginning, but every time I have to stop playing Season 2 Episode 1, then try to open it later, the game won't save, even though the saving icons are appearing. I keep having to start over and over, and it's getting a bit annoying. In addition, after the first time it happened, I had to re-import my Season 1 saves, and the choice selections that played overview were not all mine (I had Clementine shoot Lee, but the scene plays where he tells her to leave him, and where she shot The Stranger instead of Lee when I can't fight him off). I tried to re-download Season 2 to see if that would help, but now too, I can't even open the file because it says that the image data is corrupted. Please tell me how to fix this problem; I don't care if I have to re-download everything, but please help me in figuring out what I can do so I can hurry up and play Season 2 already.

Okay, here we go. Hopefully I did it correctly.

After looking over your support tool, everything looks to be in the proper places. Unfortunately if you are seeing an 'Image data is corrupted' error message, you may need to re-download/reinstall the game. I recommend uninstalling Season Two completely from your computer, and make sure to delete any and all files associated with the game. (Make sure to also check your ~Library/Application Support/ folder for game data. Then after clearing your computer of Season Two files, re-download a fresh copy of Season Two, and install it, and then re-import your Season One saves. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
I followed your instructions, and it seemed to work. I was on temporary hiatus from the game, and when I tried to play it again, once more, when I started the Season 2 Episode 1 episode, it showed choices from Season 1 that I did not make. Specifically, the same two I mentioned in my first post involving Clementine, Lee, and the Stranger. I re-installed the game several times again to try and get it to work, but it will not. Also, even after I complete Episode 1, it won't let me look at the choices I made for future reference when playing the game. The scenes in episode 1 are also very out of order when I scroll through them to choose if I want to play a scene again. When I also look at my saved files, it just appears as some file started in March, and then the screen just stays there. It does not freeze, because I can shrink the screen size down, but the arrow won't move and there is no back button. The game is driving me nuts because I seriously want to play, but I am on my last string of patience here.
My apologies, can you please clarify how many save slots you are currently using in Season Two? We have received a small amount of reports from players experiencing a similar issue when using multiple save slots. We are currently looking into the issue, and hope to have a resolution in the near future. In order to be able to play right now, I recommend deleting one of the save slots from your game's file directory, and see if you are then able to access your saves successfully. To do this, please go to the following file directory:
C:\Users\YOURNAME\Documents\Telltale Games\The Walking Dead Season Two\
Then delete all of the files associated with a save slot. (The files with saveslot2, saveslot3, or saveslot4 in the name) Then restart the game, and see if you are able to access your saves in your other save slots in-game.
So far as I know, I only have one save slot that I imported from Season 1. The file I imported had every episode from the main story and 400 days completed. Whenever I try to go to the save file page on Season 2, it shows the same one from March every time. I did open the game in March, yes, but that's when I first posted about the problem, then took a hiatus because I was frustrated that it wouldn't work
Can you please take a screenshot of the save files page where you can see the month March displayed?
How can I send the photo? I try to do it here and it only comes up with the file name where I saved it as a screenshot
If you have the image file on your computer, you can upload it to a file hosting website, and copy and paste the download link to the file, in a reply here, and I will be able to assist you further.

My apologies, I recommend backing up your save files in Season Two to a folder on your desktop. To do this, please copy everything except the 'SyncFs' folder from your 'The Walking Dead Season Two' folder, and move it to an external folder, and make sure to rename the prefs.prop file to prefs.prop.bak. Then restart the game, and start a new game, then re-import your saves from Season One.
I gave up cause' I couldn't get it to work, so I'm just going to get it on another platform. A question regarding the Collector's Edition DVD though, do the episodes only come in the PC format, or is there an option to have the Collector's DVD come with the episodes for mac, cause that would seriously help me out. Also, when I'm on the page, and I try to click on order now, it just takes me to my empty cart page, so I haven't yet been able to order one
The Collectors Edition DVDs are PC only, and do not come with Mac format. If you are experiencing an issue having the game show up in your cart. Please try clicking Games at the top of the webpage while logged into your account. Then click Walking Dead Season Two, and click Buy Now, then on the Buy Now page, click Order Now next to the Collectors Edition DVD section, and the game should successfully add to your cart, and you will automatically be redirected to your Cart Page.
