Season Two Season Pass Problem

After downloading episode 2 of the 2nd season on my Ps3 today if i go to the episode menu the pass is not marked as OWNED anymore. It tells me BUY but if i press on this button it gives me after a few seconds just an error message.

We people from Europe have to pay more compared to the US, to wait longer and now this...

    After Update 1.04 the problem was fixed for me. Now after installing Episode 3 the Season Pass on the left side of the Episodes menu is again telling me to BUY it instead of OWNED. Can't you telltale guys just for one time do your work right ?

    Of course it's really nice to not get at last a single answer for my first post. Is this the way customers who already payed for a Season Pass will be treated ?

    Of course there's still the problem to find the Episodes inside the german PSN Store. Few months ago there was only the Season Pass and Ep2 accessable via the search function and now only Ep1. No Season Pass, noEp2 or Ep3. I really don't get what the reason is to hide your games that much ?
