Problem
The Order is Paid But I am Still experiencing difficulties with the Game it self won't open
It's asking me for the I tunes password & I enter it 2 time but the game open it's logo and close at once and never open againI try delete and re download but it's the same
Apple ID is the same as my e-mail
I have been told by iTunes Customer Support to contact you directly
What do I do?

Please close the game and all other applications running in the background. This should free up necessary system resources. (To close an app running in the background on iOS 6 and before: double tap the home button to make all running apps appear at the bottom of the screen, hold down on an app you wish to close and red buttons will appear, tap the red buttons to close the apps. If on iOS 7, double tap the home button and swipe up on the open apps to close them) Also, please turn off your iOS device for at least three minutes before attempting to play the game again. This will allow the device’s cache to clear. Then restart the application, and you should be able to play.
I Try & it is the same how ever I changed the country of which where I downloaded the game in the first place
And delete and re download and it's the same could you make a rest or some thing
Can you please clarify which iOS device you are currently using, and what iOS version it is currently on? (iOS6 or iOS7?)

iPad 4G with retina display 16G
Both of them ios7.1 the latest

After doing this, please delete and re-download the game application, and then turn off your device once more after the download is complete. Then after turning your device off and back on, you should be able to open the application successfully.
@Solid snake - If you are still experiencing issues downloading episodes for The Wolf Among Us, please navigate to your Settings menu, select the General tab, find 'Restrictions', select that, and then scroll down to allowed content and make sure 'In-app purchases' is turned on.
