Weird crash durring game

Hi, I always encounter a crash that forces me to restart my computer: When I play for about 10 to 15 minutes, my screen stop receiving signal from my computer (it turns to sleep) and the only sound that I can hear is a buzzzz in my speakers. I did it a few times during the story, but now it does it before a save (I restard killing the dog and it crashes when Luke notice that I've been bitten and drops me on the floor)

I've updated all my drivers but it did no good.

PLEASE HELP!!
