Episode 2 black screen glitch

This is a glitch Ive seen others have. A black screen with an axe icon on the left but not much else. Please help D:

    Please rename the Prefs.Prop file in

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Walking Dead\Pack\default

    to Prefs.Prop.bak to disable it, then restart the game, and you should be able to resume your playthrough.
