Problems with Season 2 Freezing After Start Menu

I was able to play episode 1 of season two after it came out and it was working fine, but when episode 2 came out I couldn't download and play it. I tried deleting and downloading it again over and over but it wouldn't work. So I deleted the game (which is the first episode) and the second and tried downloading it again. This time it would freeze after you pressed start and sometimes the screen would even turn into colorful pixels. So I deleted the save file too, and clear the cache from the HDD but still I get the same problem. I've downloaded the update and no luck. And I did use the same profile/gamer tag I originally downloaded it in

I'm on a black 120 gb xbox. I have 11 gbs of space, and did not run it on a flash drive. Yes, I am choosing the right HDD and yes I am connected to the internet.
I contacted you guys by email but I was told to clear my cache (which I did) and to run it on a flash drive (which seems like a hassle to be honest). I had no problem playing the first season and my HDD is fine since I exclusively play games on it (by downloading them from the marketplace and playing then discless) and the last time I downloaded something and it worked was this afternoon. This is frustrating because I feel like I'm getting nowhere and I've been patient since it's come out, but if it doesn't work out I would like a refund so I could at least buy it on the PC.

    I apologize for the inconvenience. After reading over all of the solutions you have tried, I am afraid I'm out of potential solutions for you to try to get the game working. The only other question I would have is how old is the model Xbox 360 you are using? It may be an issue with your console's age, but if your console is not an older model, and you are still experiencing this issue and would rather inquire about a refund for the 360 version of the game, please contact Microsoft Support for further assistance regarding refunds or refund requests. Again, I apologize for any difficulties this has caused you.

    Hi, I have the same issue. Everytime I start the game it freezes when I hut the start button.
    I cleared the system cache, started the game offline and everything works fine, but if I start it online, the Xbox will download the latest update and the game will freeze again.
    Please help.
