Can't download Ep.2

I have tried multiple attempts in downloading episode 2 but so far I have had no luck. The game starts to be unresponsive so I have to force close the game. Please help. Here is the information from the support tool.

    I apologize for the inconvenience. I recommend disabling/closing any and all anti-virus or internet firewall programs that may be open and running and blocking the games access to our servers. Then please try downloading the episode again.
