My game won't launch properly?
Incase it matters, please note I have Windows XP. Also please take note that I don't really understand all of this computer talk, so I'd appreciate it if you reply, you talk in a way I might be able to understand. Thanks!
So, I just bought The Walking Dead today (yeah I know I'm kind of late lol), the edition with all episodes and the 400 Days DLC. I installed it, did all that stuff, and when I try to launch it, the screen turns black for a few seconds before minimizing into a white screen and something that says, "WalkingDead101.exe has stopped working."
I tried uninstalling and re-installing the game and rebooting my computer, but no luck. I found a similar post to the one I'm writing now,but it didn't help (since, like I said, I don't really understand the computer language.).
I feel really disappointed, as I was really excited to play the game. I really hope I can get it working soon. Thanks in advance for anyone that comments.

Bump
Please, someone help me? Or else I might give it back, and I really don't want to do that.
I apologize for the delayed response. After looking over your Support Tool information, it seems your computer's graphics card is below the minimum system requirements to run the game successfully. Where we require a minimum of 512mb of dedicated memory, your current card is only running at 128mb of dedicated memory. I recommend either updating the drivers of your current graphics card and see if you are then able to play the game, or requesting a refund. My apologies for any difficulties this causes you.
Thanks for the help!
Do you know where or how I could get this updated driver graphics card? Is it in the computer or is it just a file or something? Like I said, I'm not good with this tech stuff..
You can update the drivers for your graphics card from the manufacturer's website. You have an ATI Radeon Xpress 1150 graphics card. I would first start at ATI's website, and see if you can find the latest drivers from their website for your graphics card.
