Ep. 2 won't download for me

When i go to play, it just says coming soon. I click download and it says it can't download at this time. how do i fix this?

    try changing your steam settings from steam beta to regular? it happened for walking dead season 2 episode 2 for me and that fixed it

    I apologize for the inconvenience. To resolve this issue, you will need to delete the SyncFs folder from your computer. On PC, the SyncFs folder can be found in your Documents\Telltale Games\The Wolf Among Us file directory. After deleting the folder, start the game while connected to the internet, and you should receive the latest patches to see the second episode as available to download.
